Water's Edge is a welcoming, family-friendly property overlooking Kingfisher Lake in the Hoburne part of the Cotswold Water Park. It is light, fresh and spacious, accommodating up to seven people in three bedrooms. The waterfront location is idyllic, and guests have use of the park's facilities that include indoor and outdoor pools and a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant.
The Cotswold Water Park is a favourite choice for a family holiday all year round. With over 150 lakes, miles of traffic-free trails to walk or cycle, and loads of activities on water and dry land, you're never far from fun! The 40-square-mile area is a recognised conservation area with wonderful opportunities to watch birds and spot wildlife. The wider Cotswold Water Park has facilities where guests can swim, sail, paddleboard, kayak or pedalo. Hoburne has four lakes, one of which is directly outside the caravan. The clubhouse has an indoor pool with a flume, an outdoor pool, a gym, sauna and steam room, tennis and sports courts, mini-golf and an adventure playground. There is also fishing on the site with a relevant licence, and a children's club in school holidays.
Outside of the park, the beautiful Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty awaits. The village of South Cerney is five-minutes away and easy to walk or cycle if you'd rather not drive. It has three pubs, a small supermarket and a choice of takeaways, so there's a good choice for nights you can't face cooking. Bibury and Bourton-on-the-Water are within half an hour's drive with gorgeous views and chocolate-box beauty. You won't be able to resist a photo or two of Arlington Row in Bibury where the rambling stone cottages date back to the 1500s. Bourton-on-the-Water is also extremely attractive. Buy an ice-cream and walk beside the river, or take time to visit the specialist museums that include the Cotswold Motoring Museum and Toy Collection. There's also a model village showing Bourton-on-the-Water as it looked in 1937.
Cirencester is an excellent place for a day of sightseeing, shopping and eating. It's a vibrant town with a twice-weekly market and wide choice of boutiques, although the kids may prefer the Roman artefacts at the Corinium Museum.
Water's Edge is a wonderful place where you and your family can relax, be active and have fun.

Water's Edge is a modern static caravan a few steps from the water of Kingfisher Lake. Once you climb the few steps to the deck and front door, accommodation is on one level and includes:
Outside: In addition to the excellent site facilities, guests have a private, water-facing deck with seating. There is a parking space outside the caravan with overflow parking for more cars a short walk from the door.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, sheets and bath towels are provided. The clubhouse and entertainment incur an additional cost. Daily and weekly passes can be purchased directly from Hoburne Park at least three days before they are required. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Short breaks are possible depending on availability.
