Stable Cottage is a luxury, sumptuous 5 Star Gold rated holiday cottage which is located near to Cromer on the North Norfolk coast. This beautiful secluded holiday cottage is in a peaceful position in the heart of a Norfolk village and just five minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, local amenities and spectacular coastal walks. It also benefits from plenty of off street parking and is a perfectly placed for those who enjoy golf or who want to explore the beautiful East Anglia North Norfolk coastline.
This beautiful cottage offers three sumptuous bedrooms with shining contemporary ensuite bathrooms, and is complimented by oak floors and stairway, huge beds, beautiful linens, fabulous décor and soft lighting. It also benefits from a gorgeous private flint walled garden with its own luxury hot tub and for those who want to stay in touch whilst on holiday, there is the use of a computer with Internet access.
The owners go to great lengths to make you feel welcome during your stay and provide a gourmet 'welcome pack' for your arrival, which includes complimentary wine, famous local sausages and dry cured bacon, free range eggs plus scrummy home made bread and cakes of a very high standard.
There is a non-smoking policy throughout and children over five years of age are welcome. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the property, except guide dogs.
There is simply so much to do and see in this lovely part of the country and Stable Cottage makes an ideal peaceful relaxing retreat or touring base for the North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. It is also only 35 minutes drive from the Norwich International Airport.
The coastline is perhaps the 'jewel in Norfolk's crown' with its expansive sandy beaches (East Runton's being only 300 metres away) and award winning blue flag beaches at Cromer and Sheringham. The coastline is varied where you can enjoy pine woods surrounding sand dunes at Holkham or historic pretty harbour villages at Blakeney, Salthouse, Morston, Brancaster Staithe and Cley-next-the-Sea.
The seal population at Blakeney Point can be visited by boat from Morston and Blakeney and the cottage is just a stones throw from Royal Cromer Golf Courses and Sheringham Golf Course, both set on the cliffs overlooking the sea. Also nearby is the North Norfolk Steam Railway which runs regular trips through the beautiful coastal and rolling countryside. There are a number of National Trust homes to visit in the area along with plenty of opportunity to enjoy wildlife, horse riding and of course, wonderful coastal and woodland walks.
For those who want to travel a little further, Stable Cottage lies on the edge of the Norfolk Broads and provides good opportunities for those who enjoy sailing or water activities. Day boats can be hired from one of the many boatyards and provide the perfect way to explore the extensive network of rivers that this area has to offer.

Stable Cottage was originally converted from the stable belonging to Incleborough House and today provides a high quality luxury retreat for six guests. Accommodation and facilities comprise:
A beautiful south facing rear garden containing the luxurious hot tub which is enclosed by a lovely listed flint wall.
A gated private gravel driveway providing parking for up to five cars.
Oak floored entrance hall which leads to the luxury equipped kitchen diner, a cloakroom, a sumptuous lounge and ground floor luxury bedroom.
An oak stairway leading to the first floor where there is a large bedroom with luxury shower room and also a twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom.
The ground floor bedroom is filled with bespoke oak furniture and has a 6-foot bed which can be unzipped to make twin beds.
All three luxurious bedrooms have hair dryers, LCD televisions with DVD player, sky and their own luxury surround sound stereo system.
Bathrooms are filled with Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, lovely bathrobes and towels, complimentary slippers and they all boast under floor heating, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware and power showers. The two ensuites have TV's embedded in the wall above the baths.
The sumptuous lounge has two leather sofas, a coveted 'love seat', a computer and desk, (the computer is connected to broadband at no additional cost and there is also Wifi available throughout the cottage and walled garden). There is a remote real flame gas fire with bespoke stone fire place, surround sound stereo system, DVD and 42" Plasma TV with full Sky package. The patio doors offer a panoramic view of the spectacular secluded south facing walled garden, with luxury patio furniture, hot tub and outside shower (for the brave!).
The luxury hot tub, which is set within a thatched canopy, is automatically heated to a perfect 38 degrees 24 hours a day, allowing you to enjoy, at any time, an indulgent bubbly massage and let your stresses just fade away.
The mature garden has a Mediterranean flavour and has been carefully designed to extend the indulgent experience, which includes the gas BBQ and automatic designer lighting for evening 'al fresco' dining and entertaining.
At the end of the walled garden there is a small 'children's Den Room' with easy access, equipped with a sofa, PS2 Playstation, TV, video and DVD player, football table and various games. There is also an outdoor table tennis table for the more energetic guests.
Additional information: Home cooked breakfast is available for those who want to truly relax and served in your cottage at an agreed time - There is a small charge applicable, please ask for details. The cottage is fully cleaned once a week with a welcome pack provided every week and an additional refresh clean is also provided during the middle of the week. Children over five years of age are welcome.
