Beachscape is located in an enviable position overlooking the sea, on a peaceful pet friendly holiday park on the North Norfolk coast. This comfortable holiday home is situated in the small village of Bacton with direct access onto the quiet sandy beach just yards away from the front door.
Here you have miles of coastline on your doorstep to explore with fantastic walks to enjoy. The park is suitable for pets with thirteen acres of grassland and there is a well equipped children’s playground in the village at the end of our road (five to ten minutes walk away).
Beachscape accommodates up to four guests comfortably in two bedrooms and has recently been refurbished. The accommodation is all on one level, making it suitable for everyone from small children to the elderly. It has views across the park to the sea and provides a tranquil retreat to relax and enjoy the sea air and all the coastline has to offer. It is also a great base from which to explore the area beyond.
The beach is just yards away from Beachscape and is accessed via steps within a short stroll. The beach comes and goes with the tides but escapes the crowds due to there being no public access from the village. On a sunny day, you could not wish for a more peaceful and relaxing setting. During the winter months, the sea still has much to offer, with magnificent tides crashing against the sea walls and bracing coastline walks to enjoy.
For those who are happy to venture further afield, there are plenty of things to see and do in this area. The historic town of Norwich with its beautiful cathedral is just a short drive away, as are the Norfolk Broads, the seaside towns Sheringham, Great Yarmouth and Cromer with its famous pier. Stow Windmill, Happisburgh lighthouse, numerous stately homes, childrens parks and much more. The area is also great for fishing, walking, bird watching and spotting the occasional seal bobbing in the waves!

Accommodation and facilities:
- You enter Beachscape into a large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen which has two sofas, dining table plus four chairs, a large flat screen LCD television with Freeview, an iPod dock and a DVD player. The lounge/diner has a laminated floor with a rug, making it dog friendly.
- Kitchen with ceramic tiled floor, ceramic hob, cooker hood, built in electric oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.
- Inner hall off the lounge where shoes and coats can be stored. This leads to the two carpeted bedrooms and bathroom.
- Main bedroom with 4'6" double bed with bedside drawers, a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. There is a mirror and hairdryer provided. The second bedroom has twin 2'6" beds with bedside drawers and a wardrobe.
- Bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
Outside: There is a decked terrace/balcony with patio furniture and a gate, providing a nice place to sit out and a secure place for dogs and little children. There is a grassed area immediately in front of the holiday home and the area behind can be used for the rotary clothes airer provided. There is a numbered parking space nearby with space on site for a further car if required. The park has thirteen acres of grassland with picnic benches dotted around.
Additional information: One to four dogs are welcome, depending on size. Two large dogs is the maximum, for comfort and space within the property (a small cost of £15 per short break of up to four days or £25 for stays of five nights or more applies to dogs). Bed linen and electricity are included in the price but please bring your own kitchen/bathroom towels. There are radiators in the property for the cooler months with a portable convector heater for extra heat when required. Free Wi-Fi internet access. Beachscape is available all year round for short breaks of three to four nights or weekly bookings. Weekly bookings run from a Friday or Monday. Standard short breaks start on a Friday for three nights or a Monday for four nights. Other short breaks with varying start dates are advertised as availability arises.
Payment methods: Bank transfer is the preferred method but cheque and Paypal (at a small additional fee) are also accepted.
