Lynmouth is rarely mentioned without its twin, Lynton. These two seaside villages combine to create the perfect coastal holiday location, popular with people of all ages and in all seasons. Lynmouth is named for its location at the point where the East and West Lyn Rivers join before flowing into the sea. Although there's a steep 700-foot elevation between the villages, you can save your legs and use the same water-powered funicular that has been conveying passengers up and down the cliff for over a century. Staying at Valley View puts you close to the South West Coast Path for days of exploring on foot, and close to attractions like the historic Lynton Cinema, the Glen Lyn Gorge, and Hollerday Hills.
In Exmoor National Park, immerse yourself in nature with scenic walks, cycling, and horse riding trails. The South West Coast Path offers breathtaking coastal views, while the rugged moorland is perfect for hiking. Visit the enchanting Valley of Rocks, known for its dramatic rock formations and wild goats. Beach View is a ground-floor holiday apartment with uninterrupted views of the water. It can be booked with the adjacent two-bedroom Watersmeet View to accommodate families or a group of up to six friends. These two apartments share a terrace area, which is enclosed but only separated by planters.
Outside: Beach View has an enclosed patio with outdoor seating. There is guaranteed parking for one car with additional spaces available on request at an additional charge. There are a limited number of EV chargers available onsite, which there is an additional cost to be paid when onsite.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. Guests will need to bring beach towels if they are required.
