Kingshoath Cottage is a charming Grade II listed cottage, accommodating up to 8 guests. The holiday cottage is rated 4 star gold offering versatile accommodation with a warm, homely, and rustic atmosphere. Oak beams throughout and many original features add character to the cottage.
There is a large comfortable lounge with an open log fire, a separate dining room with an adjoining small sitting room, a fitted country kitchen, a study c/w library, a utility room, two bathrooms one on the ground floor, and four bedrooms one with large four poster bed (another with king size bed and two twin bedrooms) and a second bathroom.
Explore the glorious golden beach of Camber Sands, with its sandy dunes and interesting wildlife. Or, just unwind in the large enclosed garden with a barbecue, children's swing, and garden toys. The area is rich in history, places to visit, walks, etc. See our website for more information.
A short walk from the cottage is a traditional English country pub (Rose & Crown) serving home-cooked food in a local country atmosphere. There's also a tennis court and horse riding in the local area. Sailing and kite surfing tuition in Rye or something less energetic a walk through the Rye Nature Reserve or one of the many walks. So much to do.
Flexible short week/weekend breaks are available, and smaller guest sizes are welcome. Small party discount for bookings of 4 people.
