Whether you’re soaking in the wood-fired hot tub under the stars, lighting the log burner after a day at the beach, or simply unwinding on the terrace surrounded by landscaped gardens, Vine Cottage invites you to slow down and enjoy life’s simple luxuries.

Inside, every detail has been considered to create a sense of calm and connection. The open-plan living area features a generous lounge with a Smart TV, soft furnishings, and a double sofa bed, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space perfect for family gatherings or celebratory dinners. The property sleeps eight across three beautifully furnished bedrooms: a master with ensuite shower room, and two zip-and-link rooms that can be set as super kings or twins — ideal for mixed groups or families with children. A spacious family bathroom completes the setup, offering both practicality and comfort.
Vine Cottage is powered by an air-source heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout, solar PV, and an EV charger for guests — ensuring your stay is both luxurious and environmentally responsible. Outside, a private garden terrace with outdoor seating and a wood-fired hot tub provides the perfect backdrop for evening drinks, alfresco dining, or simply soaking up the tranquility.

Inside Vine Cottage
Step through the front door and you’ll instantly feel at home. Every corner of Vine Cottage has been designed with comfort and quality in mind, from the warm underfloor heating to the soft furnishings, modern lighting, and thoughtful layout that makes it ideal for both families and groups of friends.
Living Area
The spacious open-plan living room is the heart of the home. Large windows and French doors flood the space with natural light, opening out to the private garden terrace. A comfortable corner sofa (with a pull-out double bed) surrounds the Smart TV and log burner, perfect for cosy nights in. There’s plenty of space to relax, read, or play board games after a day exploring the coast.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped to a high standard, with everything you need for a self-catered stay including oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all essential cookware. The dining table seats up to eight and provides the perfect space for shared meals and conversation, whether it’s a hearty breakfast before heading out or a candlelit dinner after sunset.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: King-size bed with ensuite shower room, wardrobe, and garden views.
Bedroom Two: Zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a super king or twin.
Bedroom Three: Zip-and-link beds, again configurable as a super king or twin.
Living Area: Double sofa bed for additional guests.
Soft linens, blackout blinds, and calming décor ensure a restful night’s sleep for everyone.
Bathrooms
The modern family bathroom features a full-sized bath with overhead shower, basin, and WC, while the ensuite offers a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Luxury toiletries and fluffy towels are provided for guests.
Outside
The private garden is a true highlight of Vine Cottage. A large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area creates a peaceful setting to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. The wood-fired hot tub is a guest favourite, ideal for stargazing on clear nights. There’s also ample parking for multiple cars and an EV charging point for electric vehicles. Please note we have a Wood Fired Hot Tub for 6-8 people which means its does take 5 hours with a good fire to heat up.

Camber Sands (25 mins): Miles of golden sand, great for families and water sports.
Bexhill-on-Sea (20 mins): Promenade walks and the iconic De La Warr Pavilion.
There are also local farm shops, pubs, and countryside walks right on your doorstep.
