The Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse is a beautifully renovated 6-storey townhouse boasting one of the best locations in the city — directly opposite the iconic Royal Pavilion and just minutes from the beach. Recently refreshed in 2025, the house combines classic Brighton charm with modern home comforts. Perfect for family gatherings or getaways with friends, it comfortably accommodates groups of 15–25 and can host up to 32 guests across 11 bedrooms, all with single beds for maximum flexibility. With generous living spaces, a grand dining room, and plenty of cosy spots to relax, it’s the ideal base for creating lasting memories together.
Step outside and you’ll find Brighton’s most vibrant neighbourhoods right on your doorstep. The bohemian North Laine and lively Kemptown are just a short stroll away, packed with cafés, boutiques, and independent shops. You’re also minutes from a large supermarket to get all your essentials, the famous Palace Pier and Brighton’s beach. Churchill Square shopping centre for retail shopping is just a ten minute walk away, and Brighton station is also ten minutes making it easily accessible for those travelling by train.

The Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse has been designed with social gatherings in mind. On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious split-level living room with a large TV and plenty of sofa seating for everyone.
The fully equipped kitchen sits on the lower ground floor, with everything you need to prepare meals for your entire party. Adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast and breakout room, complete with a small table and six chairs which is ideal for quick coffee breaks, or quieter conversations. This area also features a dartboard, adding a playful touch for guests looking for a little extra entertainment.
One of the highlights of the house is the elegant dining room, where a huge dining table can seat your entire group for shared meals, celebrations, or special events. The floral feature wall adds charm and character, while many guests choose to enhance their evening by hiring a private chef, who can prepare and serve a delicious two or three-course dinner right at the table.
