Arrallas Farm provides the perfect place for a relaxing, comfortable and peaceful break. Set on a Duchy of Cornwall organic dairy farm in a beautiful wooded valley, Arrallas feels like it is in the middle of nowhere. Yet within a short drive you can reach the magnificent north Cornwall coast with its breath taking views and sandy beaches or the more tranquil unspoilt beauty of the south coast with its pretty harbours and coves.
The farm offers two well equipped holiday cottages which provide a homely base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Or you may choose to stay put, soak up the peace, play tennis, walk in the glorious woodland, watch the cows being milked, or just have a glass of wine on the terrace, look at the view and unwind. Many visitors return again and again.
The owners have a herd of 180 black and white dairy cows and they are happy to show any of their visitors around the farm. Milking happens twice a day and there is a viewing area above the milking parlour. Visitors might also enjoy helping give the young calves their milk or collecting the eggs from the friendly chickens.
Arrallas is in a designated area of outstanding landscape value and there are lots of opportunity for walks in the area. Below the farm is a large area of mixed woodland, a great place for wildlife enthusiasts. Arrallas Farm is the perfect location for exploring Cornwall. Within a short drive you can get to a large number of great beaches, theme parks, lovely gardens, pretty villages and tourist attractions such as The Eden Project.
