Churchgate Cottage is a Grade 2 listed property situated right in the heart of the traditional Cornish seaside village of Crantock near Newquay.  The cottage sleeps up to four with one double bedroom and a second bedroom with full size single bunk beds and so is ideal for families and couples who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and visit a beautiful seaside location. Churchgate Cottage is a charming retreat that warmly welcomes canine companions all year round, making it the perfect destination for dog-loving travellers. This cosy cottage accommodates up to two dogs, ensuring that your furry family members can join in on your holiday adventures.  Even better, the nearby Crantock Beach is also dog-friendly all year, allowing your four-legged friends to enjoy the local beach with you. Tucked snugly between the country and the sea, Talland Croft is a dream property for families and groups of friends who want to squeeze every drop of joy from their holiday in Cornwall. The house, which comfortably accommodates ten people in five bedrooms is on a quiet residential street. It is a short walk from two excellent pubs - The Old Albion and The Cornishman, and less than a twenty minute walk to Crantock Beach. Newquay is only five miles away and Talland Croft is close to Holywell Bay, Fistral Beach and Lusty Glaze Beach, as well as attractions such as the Eden Project, Minack Theatre, St Ives, St Michael's Mount, Newquay Zoo, Lanhydrock House and Trebah Gardens. You have the option of spending your holiday days exploring, relaxing on the beach or surfing, swimming, playing golf, cycling and walking endless miles of beautiful paths and country lanes.

Newquay is only two miles from the door, and you're within walking distance of the South West Coast Path. 

Churchtown Cottage is tucked away but right in the heart of Crantock Village with allocated parking for one car. Being only a 5 minute walk down to beautiful dog friendly Crantock Beach, it is the perfect walking distance to amble down for long hazy summer day trips or blustery sense awakening winter walks! Sleeping 4, it is ideal for families or couples wanting a cosy seaside retreat at all times of the year. Doggo's welcome too if well behaved! The cottage sleeps 4, with one double bedroom and one bunk bedroom (adult bunks). The kitchen-diner is small but perfectly formed with everything you need. The lounge has a Smart TV and Wi-fi is available. There is a bath with overhead shower in the little bathroom.
