Designed to make the most of its elevated position, Tamarisk enjoys spectacular west-facing views across the village rooftops and out towards the Atlantic Ocean. Expansive windows flood the property with natural light, while the ever-changing seascape provides a stunning backdrop throughout the day. As evening falls, guests are treated to some of Cornwall's most spectacular sunsets from the comfort of the house and terraces.
The heart of the home is the impressive open-plan living space on the upper floor, where the kitchen, dining and lounge areas have been thoughtfully arranged to maximise the incredible views. The contemporary kitchen is beautifully equipped with premium appliances including a SMEG induction range cooker and integrated Neff appliances, making it a pleasure to cook, entertain and gather together.
The spacious dining area comfortably seats eight guests, while the breakfast bar offers a more relaxed setting for morning coffee or casual dining. Large doors open onto an expansive terrace where outdoor seating and a versatile Ninja BBQ provide the perfect space for al fresco meals overlooking the coast.
The main living area offers a stylish and comfortable place to unwind, with a large corner sofa, leather armchair, Smart TV with Sky package and a contemporary feature fireplace creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere whatever the season.
Sleeping arrangements have been designed with comfort in mind. Three luxurious king-size bedrooms benefit from en-suite shower rooms and beautiful sea views, while a spacious twin bedroom is served by a stunning family bathroom complete with a freestanding shower and deep double-ended bath. Two of the ground-floor bedrooms also enjoy direct access to the front terrace and hot tub, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the fresh sea air whenever they wish.
A second lounge on the lower level provides additional space for families and larger groups, making it ideal for children, teenagers or anyone seeking a quiet place to relax. Complete with a second Smart TV and Sky Sports, it offers flexibility and privacy for all generations.
