The Granary is located at Deli Farm and is an attractive barn conversion in a rural position just a mile inland of the North Cornish coastline. Within easy reach of the moors, great surfing beaches and the Camel Estuary, this is an ideal place for a family holiday and great for those who enjoy walking, cycling and surfing.
With a large garden, plenty of parking, three bedrooms, two attics, bathroom, shower/utility room and large living area upstairs with sunroom, wood burner, cloak room and fitted kitchen, The Granary is ideal for parties of seven plus. The owners can also offer stabling for horses and welcome dogs providing they are tolerant of free range chickens that can be seen wandering around.
Deli Farm has four hundred acres with woodland tracks, a camp for bonfires, room for tents and a sandschool for games etc. Here cyclists can enjoy the camel trail, walkers the coastal footpaths and horse riders the moors. There is fishing in the village, pubs, basic shops and a golf course within one mile. The beautiful beach at Trebarwith Strand is within two miles and the bustling village of Tintagel with its castle steeped in legend and mystery is just a little further on. Other coastal places nearby include Boscastle and the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac where Doc Martin was filmed.
Located just outside the village of Delabole near the North Cornwall Coast, this holiday accommodation is within easy reach of the surfing beaches of the Atlantic coast and close to the haunting Bodmin moor. With no noisy neighbours, it is an ideal retreat for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

Spacious living room with wood burning stove, LCD television, panoramic views over the farm land and the sun room. There is a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, electric oven and microwave, along with a cloakroom and spiral staircase to the attic offering an extra sleeping area.
Additional information: Dogs welcome (providing they are tolerant of free ranging chickens) at £15 and horses at £20. Longer lets available off season by arrangement. Mid-week bookings and short breaks welcome.
