Riding House Farm is a traditional Derbyshire hill farm, rearing beef cattle and sheep across 140 acres of beautiful countryside. The farm enjoys a stunning south-facing position beneath Lose Hill, with views towards Winnats Pass, Mam Tor and Peveril Castle. This is a true walker’s paradise in the Peak District, with direct access to the public footpath network. From your cottage door, you can walk straight onto the Great Ridge, continue to Mam Tor, or enjoy breathtaking views over Edale Valley towards Kinder Scout.

Spacious and stylish, The Cow Shed is an excellent choice for getting together with friends and family and centrally located close to Buxton in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Highfields Barn is so idyllic that you'll never want to leave! The charming holiday barn is in the Staffordshire Moors in the Peak District National Park, a few short miles from Leek and Buxton and within easy reach of favourite attractions that include Alton Towers and Chatsworth House. This area is famous for its beautiful walks with routes to the Roaches, Monsal Trail, and Mam Tor being favourites with guests who stay here. There is room for eight people to sleep in four bedrooms, making the property suitable for families and friends.  Providing flexible accommodation to meet the needs of your holiday, and the number of people within your group. The barn can accommodate either 2,4,6 or 8 guests. You are able to book the rooms which you require, individually priced for the number in your group. Couples and solo travellers have the option of closing off the upper floor and exclusively using the downstairs of the barn. Super king size bedroom at a discounted rate. If you are a larger group or a couple, please contact the owner for further details on the price for your stay.  Weekly breaks start on a Saturday and short breaks are available from a Friday or a Saturday for 3-4 night stay.  The water is supplied by the farms private natural borehole.  Bottled water for drinking is provided for your stay. 

Crabtree Cottage is a comfortable barn conversion, just outside the village of Carsington, located in the Derbyshire Dales,  close to the Peak District National Park. It sleeps six people in three bedrooms and is ideal for active families who want to get out on nearby Carsington Water, walk and cycle the Monsal Trail, High Peak Trail and other fantastic routes.  Explore the beauty of places like Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Tissington  village or many National Trust properties, or experience the thrills of Alton Towers. There is no limit to the amount of fun you can have while staying in this welcoming home-away-from-home that is available for bookings all year round. 

Catherine Cottage is a charming 300-year-old holiday home in the small village of Ashford-in-the-Water, just over a mile from Bakewell and within easy reach of Buxton, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. The Monsal Trail runs close to the village, and there's bike hire available locally. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms and has many original features, including oak beams and a fireplace with a log burner. It's very well equipped for a self-catering holiday.  It's also dog-friendly (please note, although there is no garden, the Orchard park is 2 minutes' walk away and about 50% of our guests bring dogs with them).  When you stay here, you're at the heart of village life, right in the countryside, and only a couple of steps to two fine pubs, a tea shop and the village store. 

Herdwick Barn is a stone holiday barn on a family-run farm near Leek and Buxton in the Peak District. Apart from the owners, your nearest neighbours are their small flock of white-faced, fluffy Herdwick sheep that thrive in these spectacular upland surroundings. The location is perfect for walking, mountain biking, fishing and visiting favourite attractions that include Chatsworth House and Alton Towers. Herdwick Barn sleeps four people in two bedrooms, one of which can have two single beds or one kingsize bed. The flexible layout is perfect for couples, families or friends, and the cottage welcomes guests all year round.

The property has secure gardens & pet friendly with  1 Allocated parking space with an option of an over night car park just a few yards up from the property should you need to use it for any extra cars you may have .
