Take a cable car ride at the Heights of Abraham or explore the Neolithic henge monument at Arbor Low Stone Circle. The thermal spa town of Buxton is home to the world-famous Buxton Opera House, or visit the traditional markets and independent shops in Bakewell (also famous for the delicious Bakewell Pudding).
