A friendly, spacious and relaxing place to mix with friends and family. Hidden behind a stone wall so you can switch off, but in the centre of a village and a few minutes walk from a shop and a great pub serving food.
It has been in our family for the last 40 years. The house was gifted to the Church in 1919 as a permanent memorial to the loss of their son during the First World War in 1915.
Useful Information:
- The White Swan pub in Ovingham is just a couple of minutes walk away with a beer garden and great food and drink. It gets very busy, so be sure to book in advance.
- It is around 9.3 miles from the MetroCentre and the Utilita Arena is 11.2 miles. Newcastle train station is 11.2 miles away. The nearest airport is Newcastle International Airport, which is 11.2 miles from the accommodation.
