The house sits within a small hamlet surrounded by countryside and woodland, offering peace and seclusion without being cut off from civilisation. A short drive brings you to Beesands and Slapton Sands, both loved for their shingle beaches and coastal walks. Kingsbridge and Salcombe are nearby, each with great food spots, independent shops, and a relaxed maritime feel. You can take the ferry across the estuary, stroll the South West Coast Path, or simply unwind with a glass of wine on the terrace watching the colours shift over the sea. With space, style, and those sweeping views, Lamacraft House makes a memorable base for a South Devon break.
Venture further and there's plenty to explore. Salcombe's pretty waterfront, with ice-cream-coloured buildings and a rich sailing heritage, makes for lovely day trips, while Dartmouth's riverfront and historic harbour bring even more character. The steam railway to Paignton, the walks around Slapton Ley Nature Reserve, and the hidden coves along the South Hams coast all tempt you outdoors. The south-facing rear garden is made for gatherings, with a Hydropool Platinum hot tub, a large outdoor dining table for ten, and a level lawn ideal for games or stargazing. The front garden offers a peaceful approach to the property. The two different gardens make is perfect at different times of the day. There is a is a separate driveway area next to the front garden for parking (plus an EV charging point at an additional charge). Enjoy barbecues, sunsets, and long evenings surrounded by nothing but countryside and sea views.

Superfast WiFi throughout. Underfloor heating, two log burners, and Smart TVs with Netflix. PlayStation 5 and Sonos audio system included. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a cost of £40 each. EV charging and the hot tub are available for an extra charge. Travel cot and highchair on request. A refundable security deposit of £500 is payable before arrival.
