-4 Island Street sits at the beginning of the artisan area of Salcombe, only a short stroll from the local shops and cafes.
-We do not accept pets.

4 Island Street offers a home-from-home experience, providing the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families.
Upon entry to the cottage, the stone tiled hallway leads to the beautifully furnished sitting room and further along leads you to the open plan kitchen and dining area. The back door off the kitchen leads out to a small courtyard with an outdoor hot shower – the perfect place to wash off sandy toes and wetsuits after a day on the beach. There is also a garden bench, bistro table and chairs to use in the courtyard as a further area for entertaining.
Upstairs you’ll find an elegantly furnished kingsize bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds (only the lower bunks to be used for 2 guests) and a gorgeous family shower room.
A further double bedroom has a glass door out to a decked balcony with views of Fish Quay, Shadycombe and the Batson Creeks. There is a wooden table and seating for six so you’ll be able to enjoy an alfresco meal, evening drinks, or the opportunity to read a book in the sunshine.
