Meadow View is positioned in a tranquil setting on the edge of the National Park, between Keswick and Penrith, within a small group of similar lodges. It is four miles from the village of Greystoke, with a traditional country pub and shop. This very comfortable Scandinavian style lodge, with a wood burning stove, has floor-to-ceiling windows providing extensive open views over the countryside with Blencathra in the distance. It is a haven for wildlife, including red squirrels, rabbits and many species of birds. 

Morland House is a stunning historic holiday home in the Eden Valley, perfect for group getaways or family celebrations. Sleeping 19 across nine bedrooms, it’s spacious yet welcoming. Located in the Cumbrian village of Morland, near Penrith, it offers easy access to the Lake District, Hadrian’s Wall, and the Pennines. With four acres of lovely gardens and a nearby studio for retreats, it’s excellent for relaxation or workshops. The charming village has a cafe and scenic spots like St Lawrence Church. You can explore Keswick and Ullswater nearby or even venture to Scotland. Ideal for walking, photography, or adventure-filled day trips.

Carleton House is a spacious period holiday home two miles from Penrith and just five miles from Ullswater. It's recently been fully refurbished inside and out to provide very comfortable accommodation for families and friends. It sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms and is child and pet friendly. The location on the edge of Clifton village is perfect for exploring the Lake District, Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales and Hadrian's Wall. Carleton House is available for holidays all year round. 

Snuggle up in this charming terraced cottage in Penrith. Arthur's Croft sleeps four people in two bedrooms with a pretty garden and many Victorian features. 4 Mell Fell View is a beautiful holiday cottage with fantastic views of Little Mell Fell, Great Mell Fell and Helton Fell that surround Lake Ullswater. The owners have carefully restored the 17th Century property to provide very comfortable accommodation for four people with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is in the quiet Lake District village of Penruddock, close to Ullswater, Keswick and Penrith and within walking distance of the excellent Herdwick Inn. The cottage is dog-friendly and available all year round, providing a lovely holiday home for families, friends and couples.
