Beautifully presented, The Manor Stables is one of nine holiday homes on The Cotswold Manor Estate which can be hired together to accommodate larger groups of up to 150 guests. With its own private patio with hot tub, lovely views over the parkland, a log burner for winter breaks and 70 acres of beautifully maintained communal grounds with ponds, vineyard, orchard and Games Barn, The Cotswolds Manor Estate is a popular choice all year round.
With plenty of space for relaxing inside and out (games like zorbing, clay pigeon shooting and team building events can be arranged in the parkland), and the renowned Lord Kitchener pub within walking distance, The Manor Stable is the sort of place where you can relax and not have to get in the car until it is time to go home.
For those who want to get out and about exploring, the many attractions of the Cotswolds are just waiting to be discovered. Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, the dreaming spires of Oxford, The Cotswold Wildlife Farm, Chedworth Roman Village and Cogges Manor Farm are all a short drive away. Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology and Oxford University Museum of Natural History are also worth a visit, as are the honey-coloured towns and villages of Lechlade, Burford and Bibury to name just a few.

For shopping, head to Bicester Designer Outlet, browse the shops of Oxford or the boutiques in Chipping Norton and Stow-on-the-Wold.

The Manor Stables has much of the accommodation on the ground floor with a quad bedroom and a bathroom off a landing on the first floor. It is possible to convert some of the single beds into super-king size beds by prior arrangement with the owner (at least a week in advance of the stay).

Outside: The Manor Stables has its own private patio area with outdoor seating, BBQ and hot tub, as well as access to 70 acres of parkland. Guests also have access to the games barn with pool table, table tennis, table football, air hockey and a variety of sports equipment. An Events Barn is also available to hire.
Additional Information: Ultra-fast WiFi, and all utilities are included, as are sheets and bath towels. Digital heating keeps the property warm all year round and oak flooring throughout is both practical and stylish. Guests are requested to bring towels to use with the hot tub. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement and the owners provide a doggie hamper with treats, towels and bedding to ensure all guests (including the four legged ones) are made to feel welcome. Smoking is allowed outside but not in any buildings. Please speak with the owner if you need any help arranging local transport, catering or activities. Short breaks available all year round.
