Cotswold Manor Cottage sleeps up to 18 in 4 bedrooms. Perfect for hen and stag parties, family gatherings, weekends with friends, special celebrations, or smaller corporate retreats.

Full of character and charm, this beautifully presented country cottage is set within the grounds of our Cotswold Manor Estate in the hamlet of Petty France, right in the heart of the Cotswolds. Just minutes from charming villages and only 20–25 minutes from Bath and Bristol, it’s the ideal base for both peaceful countryside escapes and lively days out. Westonbirt Arboretum is just a 10-minute drive away, and a popular pub serving excellent food is right across the road.

The cottage enjoys its own private garden with outdoor seating, lawn space, and a private hot tub, making it a year-round favourite for groups.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is a welcoming hub for the group, complete with an open fire for cosy nights in. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for relaxed self-catering, or you can hire a private chef for a more indulgent stay. Gather around the dining table for lazy breakfasts, celebratory dinners, or evening drinks after a day exploring.

The four bedrooms offer a flexible mix of king doubles and twins to suit different group types, all tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and crisp linens. There are three modern bathrooms, each finished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings.

For larger events, Cotswold Manor Cottage can be booked alongside Cotswold Spa House and Cotswold Manor House to host additional guests across the estate – perfect for weddings, milestone birthdays, and big reunions.
