Located just a stone’s throw from the sea, Pendra Loweth is an excellent base from which to explore Cornwall and its many attractions. Falmouth is a fantastic holiday destination which offers an eclectic mix of bohemian flair and maritime history. Its little streets are lined with a variety of galleries, unique boutiques, cafes, pubs and restaurants with several specialising in fresh local seafood.
A vibrant town, there is much to see and do with regular annual events throughout the year including the sailing regatta week in August and the Oyster and Beer Festivals in October. Falmouth also boasts three safe, sandy and beautiful beaches that are all within easy reach of Pendra Loweth.
For those wanting to travel a little further afield, there is no limit of attractions throughout the Cornish countryside. Why not visit the National Seal Sanctuary; National Maritime Museum; Eden Project; Ships and Castle Leisure Pool with its flume slide, wave machine and river rapids; Paradise Park, home to tropical birds, plants, otters and red pandas or Newquay Zoo, to name just a few.
Alternatively, stay locally where you can enjoy some spectacular coastal and country walks or take a stroll to Swanpool Beach (a pretty sheltered cove) or Maenporth Beach (a quiet pretty inlet) - both just a short walk from Pendra Loweth.

Pendra Loweth is a purpose built holiday village offering a selection of two and three bedroom holiday cottages and bungalows that are ideal for parties of two to six guests individually. The Cornish holiday homes provide modern comforts and facilities whilst perfectly blending into the beautiful landscape of the surrounding wooded valley.
Ideally positioned within extensive landscaped gardens, guests have the use of a good range of facilities including: a splash pool; a safe, enclosed play area with a climbing frame for younger visitors; a ball park with basketball nets and an all-weather tennis court. Adults also have the use of a spa, gym, communal laundry room and a cafe bar where the family can enjoy a drink, bar meal or light bite.
With a choice of two bedroom bungalows (all on one level and possibly suitable for people with limited mobility); two bedroom cottages and three bedroom cottages, there is a good selection of holiday accommodation to suit most peoples needs (some being pet friendly). Accommodation provided:
Two Bedroom Bungalows (sleeps four) provide spacious accommodation with one double bedroom and one twin or bunk bed room.
Two Bedroom Cottages (sleeps four) are open plan with one double bedroom and one twin or bunk bed room.
Three Bedroom Cottages (sleeps six) are again open plan with a third double or twin bedroom that is either up or downstairs.
Three Bedroom En-suite Cottages (sleep six) have the added benefit of the master bedroom having an en-suite. These cottages have two double bedrooms and either a twin or bunk bed room.
Additional information: All linen is provided and beds made up for arrival. Pets are very welcome for only £20 each per week (not all cottages take pets so please check before booking).
