Perfectly placed, this welcoming seaside retreat is situated in the heart of the picturesque and popular village of Little Haven, within just fifty meters of the beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. Little Haven nestles along the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty forming part of the National Park with its amazing coastal scenery.
A popular family holiday destination, Little Haven has not lost its original charm over the years and managed to remain uncommercialised. It offers a couple of shops and pubs for a meal out, along with clean sands to play on when the tide goes out, rocks pools to entertain the children, a stream to play in and of course, the sea - perfect for a family holiday.
The Pembrokeshire Coastline is famous for its rugged cliffs, beautiful unspoilt beaches, incredible wildlife and spectacular views. Along this beautiful coastline you will find quaint little fishing villages which are easily accessible from Little Haven as well as an abundance of attractions and vast sandy beaches away from the crowds.
For those who enjoy walking, the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and countryside provides wonderful walking opportunities. The flower filled lanes are a joy to cycle along during spring and summer, and the coastline is a kayakers dream. The county town of Haverfordwest is within easy driving distance with its shops, restaurants and other facilities, as is the small colourful city of St David's. Tenby is also within easy reach and approximately forty minutes from Little Haven.

Accommodation and facilities comprise:
- A stylish kitchen with integrated appliances, electric Aga and Granite worktops. There is a table with chairs, dishwasher, microwave and small television (with Sky).
- Downstairs shower room and utility room with contemporary natural stone tiling. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier.
- Laundry room and additional large fridge/freezer.
- Fabulous lounge with exposed vaulted ceiling, an open fireplace for those cosy evenings and a large flat screen television with full Sky package.
- Master bedroom which also benefits from having a Sky television as well as its own WC and wash basin.
- Second flexible bedroom which can be made up as a twin or double.
Outside: The property benefits from a south facing patio area to the front and a small patio area at the rear suitable for wetsuits and sunbathing.
Additional information: The house is in an unmarked road with access restricted to the residents and those letting the house which makes it particularly quiet and safe. A parking ticket for the car park is provided (one minute walk) and an area to drop-off and unpack is available directly outside the house. Dogs are welcome by negotiation at an additional charge. Prices include all heating, lighting (other than coal/logs), linen and cleaning.
