The heart of the home is the open plan kitchen-diner; a space that brings everyone together. Imagine gathering around the dining table, which comfortably seats 12, for lively meals, laughter, and celebrations.
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with everything you need: an American-style fridge-freezer, sleek induction hob, double ovens, and ample space for groceries and cooking adventures.
Prefer to relax? Pull up a stool at the bar with your favourite drink and soak in the cheerful buzz around you.
Relax and Unwind
After a day of seaside fun, cosy up in the living room. Sink into the enormous leather sofa, light the log burner, and enjoy a movie, a board game, or simply good conversation.
For quieter moments, retreat to the sunroom, where rattan sofas, panoramic views, and a quirky wooden table set make it the perfect spot for morning coffee or reading a book.
Practical and Convenient
The home is as functional as it is welcoming.
With a handy utility room, a spacious boot room, an outdoor hose, and plenty of space to store wetsuits, bikes, and boards, you’re all set for your coastal adventures.
Parking for up to 5 cars—a rarity in the village—makes life even easier.
If you must stay in touch beyond Little Haven, there’s Wi-Fi for all your devices and the digital nomads can choose their favourite spot for remote working.

Upstairs, six thoughtfully furnished bedrooms provide peaceful sanctuaries for everyone in your group.
Choose from a super king, two kings, two twins, or an adult-sized bunk room—all featuring quality mattresses and linens, and charming views of the sea, village, and countryside.

Additional Information:
After booking, I send you a comprehensive digital guide for the house and surrounding area.
All utilities, a basket of logs, good quality bed linen and bath towels are provided, with guests requested to bring beach towels if they are required.
The price includes cleaning after your stay.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome downstairs through prior agreement.
Smoking is not permitted.
Bikes, surf and paddle boards can be stored securely.
EV charging available in the carpark 5 minutes away.
Short breaks of 3 day weekends and 4 day midweek stays may be available out of peak season (or on a last-minute basis)
Accessibility
4 wide steps with a handrail lead down to the front entrance. The ground floor is on one level and a standard staircase leads to the first floor. Two steps lead up to the two bedrooms above the garage.
There are wooden stairgates top and bottom of the stairs, which are optional.
Unfortunately the house would not be suitable for wheelchair users.

We've been having holidays in this very special village for many years. We have four kids and a dog. We took on this amazing holiday home in 2023. We're gradually improving it to make it even better. The kitchen-diner has been fully modernised, there’s a new separate WC and shower room with two more bathrooms in 2026. The spectacular views, spacious layout and comfy beds remain unchanged. We're looking forward to welcoming you to enjoy it too.
