One Sand Banks is a stunning brand new property with a direct view across the beautiful westerly facing Broad Haven Beach, nestled within the arc of St Brides Bay. The four-bedroom luxury holiday home sleeps up to eight guests and boasts a flexible open-plan layout that makes it ideal for families and groups of friends on holiday together in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The house is within short walking distance of the beach and the village's cafes, pubs and shops, including a well-stocked convenience store. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs straight through the village, and the seafront village of Little Haven is just a couple of minutes away by car and a ten minute walk. Little Haven boasts popular pubs, a café and lobster shop.
Broad Haven is a favourite beachfront location that appeals to all generations. The Blue Flag beach is safe for swimming and surfing, with a great surf school and lifeguards on duty in the summer. At low tide you can walk across the sand to Little Haven Beach. If you get caught by the rising tide, it's only a 10-minute walk back along the cliff-top footpath. Broad Haven’s westerly aspect makes it a perfect place to watch spectacular sunsets. There's nowhere more peaceful to sit for sundowners than on the glass balcony of One Sand Banks, enjoying breath-taking sunsets over the bay with a glass of wine and your favourite people.
Broad Haven is an ideal coastal getaway for all seasons. The long-distance Pembrokeshire Coast Path is on your doorstep and is suitable for any season.
Nearby St David's is a top choice for shopping and sightseeing. In addition to the magnificent cathedral and the eerie ruins of the Bishop's Palace, it has an excellent array of places to eat, and a thriving artists' community, including galleries and independent shops. Alternatively, head to the pretty harbour town of Solva where the beach's shallow waters, rock pools and caves make it perfect for children, and the pubs and restaurants serve local produce, including freshly caught fish.
Attractions within reach of Broad Haven include Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, Narbeth's delicious delis and cafes, Haverfordwest's Friday Farmers' Market, Tenby's three beaches and traditional seaside ice cream parlours, and Pembroke Castle, the birthplace of Henry VII and the Tudor dynasty. Visitors can go coasteering, kayaking, mountain biking in the Preseli Hills, or spotting puffins, seals and other sea life on Skomer Island.
Pembrokeshire is a beach lover’s dream. Whether you’re a surfer or simply enjoy walking along the sandy fringes of the water’s edge, there is a beach for every day of your stay. From Newgale to Marloes, and Tenby to Barafundle, it’s no surprise these beaches have won awards time and time again.
However you choose to spend your days One Sand Banks is your perfect luxury home by the sea, with the most spectacular views.
