About Little Rogeston Cottage

Little Rogeston Cottage is a pretty barn conversion in a fantastic location. The single-storey stone holiday cottage is surrounded by gorgeous countryside and is located just a ten minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the Pembrokeshire Coast. The owners have decorated the one-bedroom cottage in a style that suits the building's age, mixing vintage pieces with modern conveniences to create a welcoming atmosphere for couples and individuals. Bookings are available all year round, allowing you to make the most of the spectacular coast and beautiful countryside with the benefit of a private garden for warm summer evenings and a log burner for cosy winter nights.

The Pembrokeshire Coast Path and breathtaking beaches are just a few miles from the cottage. If you seek a secluded slice of heaven, Druidston Haven Beach will win you over with its spectacular cliffs and arches. It's possible to walk from Newgale to Broad Haven via Druidston Haven at low tide or along the coastal footpath at any time. Don't be surprised to see horses galloping along the sand - there's a local riding school that takes group rides along the beach. Newgale and Broad Haven are both good for surfing, with lessons and equipment hire for visitors who need them. There's a dive school between Broad Haven and Little Haven, and a choice of local businesses running coasteering expeditions.

The picturesque fishing village of Solva is around 30 minutes north of Little Rogeston Cottage. It's an excellent choice for lunch, and it has a harbour wall that's popular for crabbing. A short drive from Solva, Wales' smallest city, St David's, could be mistaken for a welcoming village if not for the magnificent cathedral at its centre. It has a great mix of galleries and shops to browse and cafes to restore your energy levels after a morning of sightseeing. Other day trips can include a boat trip to see the puffins on Skomer Island, sunning yourself on the beach at picturesque Barafundle Bay, marvelling at the beauty of the Blue Lagoon, saying "hi" to the locals at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, or visiting castles like Pembroke and Haverfordwest.

Little Rogeston Cottage is available for bookings all year round. The shops and other amenities of Haverfordwest are only 15-minutes away, and there's an excellent farm shop within a five-minute drive.
