In an enviable position, Plas Haf sits alongside the beach in a highly desirable part of the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno in North Wales.
Stone built, Plas Haf offers guests lots of privacy and direct access to a peaceful beach where you can relax, explore the rock pools and spot the wading birds that visit the shoreline when the tide is out. With spectacular views of the Snowdonia Mountains and the Conwy Estuary, this welcoming holiday retreat is a popular choice with walkers, bird watchers, explorers and those who simply want to relax and unwind amongst beautiful tranquillity.
Llandudno is every bit as popular with holiday makers today, as it was back in Victorian and Edwardian times. It perfectly combines architectural grandeur with traditional seaside charm and provides a host of attractions including the historic Great Orme Tramway. The largest seaside resort in Wales, Llandudno has wide appeal with its beaches, shops, eateries, elegant sweeping promenade, ancient pier, cinema and ski slope (Llandudno's not all about sunshine!).
Whether you spend your days relaxing on the beach beside Plas Haf, walking arm in arm along the promenade with an ice cream, or exploring the wilderness and copper mines of the Great Orme on the doorstep (keep your eye out for the famous Kashmir goats!), there are no end of things to do when you stay in Llandudno, and plenty of opportunities for total relaxation.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the surrounding area offers horse riding, golf courses, sailing, coastal walks and hiking in the mountains. Llandudno is on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, one of the UK's most popular outdoor playgrounds with stunning scenery and plenty of opportunity for adventure. For those up for the challenge, Snowdon beckons and the owner is more than happy to arrange mountain guiding for those lacking the experience to summit the highest mountain in Wales on their own.
Less than half an hour's drive you also have the picturesque 'outdoor hub' of Betws y Coed; historic Conwy with its stunning castle is within walking distance, and the Isle of Anglesey is just across the water, begging you to go over and explore.

Plas Haf sits amongst the extensive grounds of the owners’ property, yet the position of this detached retreat ensures guests enjoy plenty of privacy during their stay.
Accommodation Comprises:
Outside: Guests have their own private seating area (with gas barby) with sea views directly outside the lodge, as well as the shared use of the owners enormous garden with direct access to the beach. Whilst the general public can access the beach, it is the quietest section of all the beaches in the area and is accessible (via a steepish ramp) for wheelchair users (and prams) from the owners garden.
Additional Information: WiFi available. Utilities, towels and linen are included in the price (please bring beach towels). Strictly no smoking. Private off-road secure parking. A washing machine is available for use and located in a building outside Plas Haf. Three night short breaks (or longer) available all year round, though from May to Sept we tend to only let for full weeks due to its popularity, but last minute bookings are welcome too.
