The bedroom balcony offers a table and chairs with a panoramic view of Mount’s Bay, including Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole. The property benefits from a parking place for a large car, a few steps away from the front door.A few minutes walk away is the causeway to St Michael’s Mount and a mini market, pubs and restaurants. A frequent bus service connects Marazion with St Ives, Penzance, Newlyn and Land’s End. Ideal for Rosamunde Pilcher film locations. The Penzance train station is four miles away. Collection from the station can be arranged.Nearby, stand up boards and kite surfers can be hired. A good surfing beach is about twenty minutes drive away.
