Rowan is a comfortable 3 bed roomed property which sleeps 6. Down stairs is open plan, with wit kitchen diner and Sitting area complete with sofa bed and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is an on suite master with king size bed, a double bed and a twin room with separate bathroom. there is a small enclosed outside seating area adjacent to the larger garden and parking area.
Sleeps up to 4 adults and 1 child. Perfect for a family of four or five but also works great for two couples. The second bedroom has a zip-and-lock bed that can be converted to either a super king sized bed or two singles (with a smaller additional pull out bed suitable for a child in either configuration). A travel cot is also available on request.

The Cottage, at Crooked Birch, is situated on a working small holding in the Lake District National Park. Guests enjoy feeding and petting the goats and Herdwick sheep as well as interacting with our ducks, hens and rare breed sheep and lambs. We live on-site so are on-hand to give help with places to visit and explore or we can leave guests to enjoy the peace and quiet!
