Chy Morvoren is a modern holiday cottage in the peaceful Pendra Loweth Holiday Village on the outskirts of Falmouth and within easy reach of two beaches, each with parking, cafe, restaurant and toilet facilities.  The three-bedroom holiday home sleeps six people with a layout that works well for large or extended families. Pendra Loweth has extensive gardens and whilst having a relaxing atmosphere includes amenities such as an all-weather tennis court, bar and cafe overlooking the adventure playground, a soft play area and a gym with a plunge pool. The location is ideal for exploring the Lizard Peninsula and is convenient for St Ives, Penzance and Lands End.  Unfortunately the village restrictions do not allow commercial vehicles with sign writing onto the site. Pendra Loweth is licensed for holidays only, workers are not permitted.

Norwich and Great Yarmouth are only half an hour's drive from the self-catering property, giving you excellent access to the best of the Broads in all seasons. 

2 Hollies Cottages is a stone, mid-terraced cottage in Stainforth, a couple of miles from the market town of Settle. With an occupancy of 4 people, the cottage offers a cosy, home-from-home base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and for further afield visits to the Lake District. The accommodation comprises a lounge with a log burning stove, a kitchen/dining room with new fitted kitchen, downstairs WC, 1 kingsize bedroom,1 twin bedroom, bathroom with boost shower over bath, and a 2nd floor loft conversion which offers an additional lounge area and a sofabed if required. The loft conversion has a separate staircase accessed through the front bedroom. To the rear of the cottage is a paved, secure garden area with plants, shrubs and wooden seating. There is a very high stone wall to the rear and high panelling to the sides, so the garden is secure for children and dogs. There is parking for one car outside the cottage, with further spaces usually free along the road.

The cottage is available for bookings from March to December; we welcome children aged 7+ and up to two medium-sized dogs.

In the living area find 2 sofas, a large round dining table comfortably seating 5, coffee tables, Smart TV, DVD player and unlimited WiFi internet. There is a modern well equipped kitchen leading from the dining area with fan oven/electric grill/gas hob/microwave oven, fridge with ice box, dishwasher etc. Downstairs find Bedroom 1 with king sized bed, ample storage/hanging space, bedside chests and lamps, chair and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 with single bed, bedside chest, chest of drawers, under-bed drawers, chair and robe hooks. Close by - Mayflower Hotel, Haven Restaurant & Bar, Nick Cox chandlery/convenience store. The location is ideal for walking  into the Georgian town of Lymington, visiting the Saturday Charter Market, or exploring the New Forest and nearby beaches. We send much information in advance and meet and greet our guests on arrival. We live just around the corner and are on hand should a problem occur. We are now open to taking children under 6 years of age so long as people are fully aware of the balcony and stairs leading directly off the living room and we ask for a £200 security deposit in this instance.
