Sea Vista is the owner's seaside holiday cottage in Combe Martin. Because they use it for their own holidays, you can trust that it's extremely well equipped for a self-catering holiday on the north coast of Devon. The spacious detached property has been beautifully renovated and decorated to a high standard throughout, accommodating six people in three bedrooms with a big enclosed garden and views towards Combe Martin Bay. It's perfect for families, but it has two bathrooms and two living rooms, so it would also suit two or three couples on holiday together. It only takes five minutes to walk to Combe Martin beach and bay, passing shops, cafes, takeaways and pubs like the waterfront Focsle Inn along the way.
Combe Martin is a pretty seaside village with beautiful beaches and fantastic amenities. It's embraced by the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so there is a huge variety of places for walking, mountain biking, cycling and horseriding. You aren't limited to one beach when you stay here, either. In addition to Combe Martin, Wild Pear Beach, Broad Sands, and Newberry Beach are all within a mile of Sea Vista, with other local beaches including Hele Bay, Rapparee Cove, Heddon's Mouth, and Ilfracombe also nearby. Croyde Bay Saunton Sands and Woolacombe are alternatives. Swimming, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking are all readily accessible with equipment hire and lessons available in Combe Martin. The South West Coast Path has picture-perfect views in every season.
Devon is such a fantastic holiday destination. It's incredibly scenic with lots of different attractions that appeal to all ages and interests. Kids love the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The BIG Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park, and Exmoor Zoo. There are gorgeous gardens like those at Clovelly Court and Hartland Abbey and RHS Rosemoor. Spend a lazy day wandering around Lynton and Lynmouth, taking the Victorian Cliff Railway between the harbour and the peak, or explore historic Porlock Weir and Porlock. Ilfracombe and Barnstaple both have a wide choice of places to eat, drink and shop. Grab your groceries at the local market, then settle back for a delicious lunch in one of their many cafes, pubs and restaurants.
Sea Vista is available for bookings all year round with short breaks possible, depending on availability, outside of peak season.

Outside: Guests enter Sea Vista by driving over a private bridge and onto a driveway where there is parking for four cars. The huge enclosed garden is mainly lawn with a paved patio with a barbecue and seating area. There's also a brook for paddling (children should be supervised).
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen, bath and beach towels are all included. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
