A light modern stylish apartment offering a high degree of comfort, Devon Beach Court sits in an enviable position on The Esplanade in the popular seaside resort of Woolacombe with fantastic views over the Atlantic. Directly across the road from Barricane's sandy beach and just a short walk from Woolacombe's main sandy beach, stretching some two and a half miles long, locations for a beach holiday don't get much better!
The apartment is within walking distance of the village shops and pubs/restaurants which come to life during the summer months with many playing live music. Surrounded by National Trust land, the local area is a walkers paradise with a vast array of scenic coastal and country walks from the front door.
For those who want to explore the many attractions of North Devon, Woolacombe is an excellent base with Mortehoe, Barnstaple, Bideford, Lynton, Lynmouth, Croyde, Clovelly, Ilfracombe and Exmoor National Park all close by. There are also plenty of great days out including boat trips to Lundy Island, the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park at Combe Martin, Big Sheep or The Milky Way at Bideford, Braunton Burrows, the UK's largest sand dune system or go dolphin, basking shark or seal spotting on a boat trip around the coast.
For those who like to keep active while on holiday, why not explore part or all (180 miles long!) of the Tarka Trail by bike or the Devon Coast Route 27. Alternatively, learn to surf, kayak, scuba dive or kite surf. The area is also great for fishing and golf with five 18 hole courses locally.

Very well equipped, this second floor luxury apartment ensures a high level of comfort and style.
Outside: Guests have the balcony off the living room, along with the use of a shared terrace at the front of the property which also affords wonderful sea views (the sunsets are incredible!).
Additional information: Linen, towels, electricity and central heating included in the price. Unfortunately no pets and no smoking. Short breaks available out of season. Highchair available if required. The apartment has a dedicated parking bay. There are two entrance doors to access the apartment and one step which leads into the atrium where stairs or a lift take you to the second floor and the apartment (which offers single level accommodation once inside). The main entrance doors to the building are secure with an intercom system in each apartment.
