Rowan is a comfortable 3 bed roomed property which sleeps 6. Down stairs is open plan, with wit kitchen diner and Sitting area complete with sofa bed and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is an on suite master with king size bed, a double bed and a twin room with separate bathroom.  there is a small enclosed outside seating area adjacent to the larger garden and parking area.

Perfect for gatherings of family or friends (not suitable for under 3s for safety reasons, in a quiet residential area so not a loud party house), Torrs Cottage offers spacious en-suite accommodation for up to 17 people with parking for 8 cars and large gardens. There's a large kitchen/dining room which seats 12 people at the table and 5 at the breakfast bar plus a separate bar/lounge/games room with pool and table tennis tables, smart TV, Xbox and woodburner.  There's also a sun terrace/BBQ area with beautiful far-reaching views, private lawned garden and paddock play area with trampoline, basket swing, football goal and firepit.   Quiet location, only 5 mins to the South West Coast path and 10 mins walk to Ilfracombe seafront. 

Woodpecker Cottage is a wonderful holiday cottage for couples or families who want to be close to the South West Coast Path and the famous beaches of North Devon. The two-bedroom cottage sleeps four people and is beautifully presented, featuring a log burner in the living room, patio, and no immediate neighbours. It's in the village of Bucks Cross, in an Area of Outstanding of Natural Beauty and within walking distance of the village shop. Bideford, Barnstaple and Bucks Mills are all within easy reach, as are Westward Ho!, The Big Sheep, and The Milky Way Adventure Park.
