Sleeping 12 it has its own off-road entrance, private parking for 4 cars, games room, large party size hot tub, 3 bathrooms and downstairs WC.
The electric central heated cottage comprises: Kitchen with double electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Dining room with table and chairs to seat 12, Smart TV, wood burning stove and arch leading to the conservatory with comfy seating and smart TV. Double bedroom with super king size bed and twin bedroom (both bedrooms have zip link beds and can convert to double or twin beds on request) with Jack and Jill shower room with hand basin and WC. Cloakroom with hand basin and WC.
First floor: Master bedroom with super king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Second double bedrooms with super king size beds (both double beds can convert to twin beds on request). Two twin bedrooms (can convert to double beds on request) Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
All electric, bed linen and towels provided. Cot and high chair available. Private parking for 4 cars. Patio area with BBQ, outdoor furniture and hot tub and games room with pool table, darts and football table, with couches and large TV on the wall.
