Unique History - This Ambleside holiday cottage was originally built to house staff working in Skelwith Manor, until it was demolished in the 1950s to make way for what would become the premier holiday park it is today. We’ve worked hard to retain many of the original features, including oak beams and slate walls during to fit-out process, to seamlessly blend old and new interior design styles.

Dog Friendly Lake District Holiday Cottage
Worried about finding a dog friendly accommodation in the Lake District? You do not have to worry about it when staying us: we’ve not forgotten your four-legged friends either.
Dogs are very welcome in the cottage.
We have even provided a large dog crate so that, if you use one, you don’t have to transport your own.
There is also a 95cm plastic dog bed so you can just bring their favourite blanket.
We challenge you to find a better dog friendly Lake District holiday cottage!
Cottage Number three has a spacious garden for your furry friends to roam around and enjoy.
There is parking for one car at the cottage, additional parking can be found nearby.
