Holiday homes for tennis lovers

A popular sport and one that accompanies a summer holiday perfectly, a game of tennis is an enjoyable activity (and one that burns off those holiday pounds!). Whether you want to challenge your partner or friends to a ‘friendly’, are keen to keep active while away or you are looking for on-site activities to keep the family entertained, tennis is a great choice. For those new to the sport, why not use the leisure time on holiday to learn to play the game? Or for the experts among you, plan a holiday tournament - the little ones will love the role of ball girl or boy and let off plenty of steam in the process!

Some of our holiday homes have all-weather tennis courts which are ideal for a game at any time of the year whilst others are on grass so only available during the summer months.

Tips: Find out from the owner what times of the day/year the tennis court is available for guest use. Make sure you take racquets, balls and equipment (if not provided). Don’t forget to pack a bottle or two of bubbly for that celebratory drink at the end of the holiday tournament!
