The property offers six bedrooms and five bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are all en-suite, while the remaining two upstairs bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom. Each bedroom can be arranged as either twin singles or a super-king double. Additional amenities include two further ground-floor WCs, a boot room, and a utility room.
Outside, guests can enjoy a generous decked terrace with dining table and seating, as well as an outdoor kitchen complete with a wood-fired pizza oven, gas BBQ, fire pit, and comfortable lounge seating — perfect for long, relaxed evenings immersed in nature.
The barn is also ideally suited to wellness retreats. The games room can be transformed into a spacious yoga studio, complete with full equipment. Quiet, private, and surrounded by natural beauty, the setting offers a deeply healing and restorative environment.

For those looking for some day trip adventures, there is Snowdonia (Eryri) National Park and the island of Anglesey, both about an hours drive away.
