Perfectly located in the popular Broadland village of Wroxham, Sunset Haven sleeps up to five guests and is an ideal holiday retreat for water lovers, fishermen, wildlife enthusiasts and those who enjoy being in a riverside setting. It is perfectly placed alongside the river and benefits from having its own mooring - a comfy well furnished holiday home which makes a great retreat all year round.
Wroxham (on the right hand side of the river) and Hoveton (on the left) are divided by the River Bure with both villages normally referred to as Wroxham, one of the Norfolk Broads major boat hire centres.
Known as the capital of the Broads, Wroxham is the place that boating holidays first started towards the end of the 1800's. It has gained popularity over the years and has much to offer holiday makers in the village with hotels, pubs and tea rooms along the river. There are a good choice of shops, with the most famous being Roys of Wroxham, possibly the country's largest village store.
Visitors will find plenty of attractions locally including boat hire along the river, whilst sandy beaches, golf courses, National Trust properties and nature trails are all within just fifteen miles. The attractive cathedral city of Norwich is also within easy reach (just twelve miles) and boasts galleries, superb shopping, plenty of places to eat, theatres and a castle.
