Sleeping up to six guests, this Grade II listed traditional Lakeland farmhouse dates back to the 17th Century and nestles amongst peace and tranquility in the Eskdale Valley. Offering seclusion and wonderful scenery the farmhouse is perfectly placed for exploring the Western Lake District as well as the Central Fells. The extensive period farmhouse sleeps 18 people in 9 bedrooms but also has a 3 bedroom apartment available for a supplement. There is a games room, spacious living area, dining room seating 28, 2.5 acres of grounds, including a 6 seater hot tub, seating and barbecues plus a flat lawn for games and other activities. The holiday home is on the edge of Greens Norton village, within walking distance of the pub and 2 miles from Towcester. Just a few miles from the magnificent Humber Bridge and within easy reach of the seaside resort of Cleethorpes, Sandes by Water sleeps ten people in four bedrooms (3 En-suite) and is ideal for large and extended families who enjoy being outdoors or favour the provided entertainment systems, Wifi, games and Televisions for an indoor escape. A beautiful spacious, part 12th, 15th and 18th century Grade II listed building of historical importance on the outskirts of the Kent village of Manston, just four miles from Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate on the Kent coastline. Ideal for groups of up to thirteen guests.  However, if you also wanted to book the two cottage next to The Chapel which also form part of the secluded grounds of Manston Court, which both have one bedroom and a sofa bed, groups of up to 21 are able to stay comfortably for that special occasion. We have now added an outside electric socket in the garden of The Chapel, so that guests can hire a hot tub to make their stay even more memorable.  We suggest Goodwins in Margate is a great place to hire out the hot tub.  Currently the price for up to 1 weeks hire is £270 which includes warm water.  When ordering the warm water we don't charge for keeping it nice and warm, we only charge if we need to provide the water and warm it up.
