Set in 2.5 acres of private grounds on the edge of Greens Norton village and half a mile from The Butchers Arms pub, the main house sleeps 18 people in nine bedrooms with the option of adding the use of a two-bedroom apartment to sleep four more people. Features include a games room, manicured gardens, hot tub, wine cellar, children's play area, and gorgeous period charm. The holiday home couldn't be better for your self-catering family reunion, milestone birthday, hosting wedding guests, a hen party, or corporate event. It is available for bookings all year round.
Greens Norton is a pretty Northamptonshire village a mile from Towcester and 12 miles or around 25-minutes from Northampton. It's wonderfully serene yet convenient for the A43 and the M1, making it easy to reach. The house is on a working arable farm which adds to its rural charm, especially in summer when the crops are at their most impressive. The village pub is an easy walk from the house, and you're only a mile from the picturesque market town of Towcester with locally owned places to eat, drink and shop.
With its famous racing circuit, shooting centre, and distillery, Silverstone is less than seven miles from Greens Norton. Other attractions include Althorp House and Gardens, National Trust Stowe, Stoke Bruerne Canal Museum, Delapre Abbey, and Castle Ashby Gardens. Take a trek with a llama, tackle the indoor climbing wall at the Pinnacle Climbing Centre, visit family-friendly animal farms, and the spa at Fawsley Hall, where you can indulge in relaxing treatments. Alternatively, make the most of the gardens, football goals and barbecue at Greens Norton House. If you want to plan special activities like a yoga session or arrange for a private chef to cater a special meal, the owners may be able to recommend local providers.

Greens Norton House has been refurbished and redecorated from top to bottom with careful attention to detail. Accommodation is over two floors.
A separated, self-contained apartment on the first floor has two double bedrooms with a living area, kitchen/diner and bathroom. It's perfect if you have a nanny or au pair. The apartment can be accessed from the main house or via a separate outdoor staircase.
Outside: 2.5 acres of grounds include a six-person hot tub, a seating and barbecue area with a firepit, a level lawn for football and outdoor games, and a children's play area. There is plenty of parking.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen, bath towels, and two bags of logs are provided. Guests will need to bring towels for use in the hot tub. The owners accept up to three dogs for a supplement of £10 per dog, per night. Smoking is not permitted. Prices quoted are for 18 people. The use of the apartment has an additional cost.
