It's completely private and self-contained, featuring beautiful old pine floors, stylish furnishings, and a balcony with panoramic views of the rolling Herefordshire countryside. There are lovely scenic walks from the door, including Haugh Wood Butterfly Trail. The Butchers Arms and The Crown Inn are two award-winning pubs within walking distance, serving great food and local ales and ciders. This holiday rental is perfect for couples or individuals who wish to stay somewhere quiet without feeling isolated.
Woolhope is in a beautiful location for a holiday in Herefordshire. Guests who enjoy walking will be delighted with the variety of footpaths nearby, like the Three Choirs Way and those to Broadmoor Common Nature Reserve, Sollers Hope, Marcle Ridge, and past orchards with fragrant spring blossoms and autumnal apple harvests. Cycling is another superb way to explore. Follow scenic routes alongside the River Wye to places like Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye. You're around half an hour from the Malvern Hills and the Forest of Dean and 45 minutes from the beautiful Brecon Beacons with many mountain bike trails to suit all abilities.
Hereford is seven miles or around 15 minutes from Dappledown Studio. It's a pretty city on the River Wye with a lovely cathedral where you can see the medieval Mappa Mundi and a chained library dating back to 1611 with books even older than that. Hereford has museums, a great choice of places to eat, drink and shop, a big Waitrose supermarket, and a cinema. Other places to eat, shop and sightsee include Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye, Ledbury, Hay-on-Wye, and Abergavenny. Brockhampton Manor, Hampton Court, Gloucester and Cheltenham give even more options.

Outside: Guests have a private balcony with bird feeders to attract woodpeckers and nuthatches, with an outdoor table and chairs, off-street parking and storage for bikes.
Additional Information: Accommodation is suitable for adult guests only. WiFi, utilities, bed linen and bath towels are included. No pets or smoking.
