Hill View House is great for large families or groups of friends who want a holiday in the countryside that is anything but rustic. The period property has been restored and renovated to a very high standard to provide luxurious self-catering accommodation for up to 10 people in five beautiful ensuite bedrooms just a few miles from Ledbury. There is lots of space indoors and out, and fantastic views of the countryside and nearby Malvern Hills.
The area around Ledbury is perfect for a relaxing break, especially if your group is one with diverse interests. There are wonderful countryside walks that are accessible from the property, and if you want to cycle, then there are several local businesses that provide bike hire. The Wye Valley and Malvern Hills, both of which are designated as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, are within easy reach, as are the Wye and Severn Rivers, so there are lots of ways to enjoy being outside and active in all seasons.
For those whose dream holiday in the country revolves more around shopping and eating than horseriding and hiking, Hereford, Ledbury and Hay-on-Wye have an excellent variety of places to shop, eat and drink. Hereford is a cathedral city with history dating back over a thousand years, while Hay-on-Wye is a book-lovers paradise.
Weston's Cider is only two miles from the house, giving visitors a close look at how Herefordshire's plentiful orchards produce some of the nation's best cider. Other nearby attractions include New Bridge Farm Park, the Severn Valley Railway and the Brecon Beacons Railway.
The location and luxurious standard of accommodation make Hill View House ideal for all ages and all seasons. Visitors can spend summer evenings lazing in the garden and winter nights curled up in front of the fireplace. The modern kitchen is perfect for self-catering but the area's excellent pubs and restaurants mean that you do not have to cook.
Hill View House is next to Stone Cottage which sleeps two people. Both properties can be booked together to accommodate groups of up to 12 guests, making them a popular choice for extended families.

Hill View House is a contemporary property that is finished and furnished to a high standard. Accommodation is over two levels with a ground floor bedroom with ensuite wet room, making it possibly suitable for those with limited mobility (please discuss your personal requirements with the owners before booking to ensure the house is suitable).

Outside: Guests access Hill View House through electric gates and the garden is fenced and private. There is an outdoor seating area so that guests can make the most of the views and good weather, and parking for multiple cars on the private driveway. Bike storage available.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, sheets and towels are included. Short breaks are possible throughout the year (with a two night minimum). Smoking is not permitted. Pets by arrangement with the owner at a small additional fee. High Chair, stair-gate and travel cot provided. The owners are able to offer longer term accommodation in their holiday properties. Please contact them for details.
We do allow a well behaved dog to stay, max2. We make a small charge of £50 per dog stay. Depending on breed and age of the dog, we sometimes ask for a Returnable Security Deposit. We can provide a travel cot, stair gate, high chair and also shower chair and toilet seat riser all free of charge.
