Family run, the estate extends to some seven hundred acres and offers six holiday homes of a high 4 and 5 Star standard, each with its own unique charm and privacy.
Perfect for couples who appreciate a little extra space around them, families and friends, The Lodge is an excellent choice whether you are visiting Herefordshire for pleasure or business. The estate is within easy driving distance of Ludlow with its superb restaurants, as well as the famous Book Town of Hay-on-Wye with its world class literary festival. The county town of Hereford with its magnificent cathedral is also within easy reach, as are the Malvern Hills, the Shropshire Hills and the Brecon Beacons National Park providing endless outdoor adventures and attractions.
Alternatively, stay put and soak up the tranquility and fabulous scenery on your doorstep. Lace up your walking boots and explore the tracks and trails around the estate or the Offa's Dyke Long Distance Path that runs close by. Get out and about exploring the Welsh Hills by bike or horseback; enjoy a game of golf; paddle the waterways; try your hand at fishing or shooting or go antique hunting in Kington, Leominster and Ludlow - all lovely places to visit.

Full of Victorian charm, The Lodge sleeps up to six guests and is beautifully presented to provide a high standard of comfort and style. It is accessed through the estate off a courtyard.

Outside: Guests have plenty of space outside for relaxing, playing and alfresco dining. A table and chairs, along with BBQ is provided. There is off-road parking for two vehicles.
Additional information: Unfortunately dogs cannot be accepted in The Lodge but other holiday homes on the estate welcome dogs. Cot and high chair available if required. Prices include heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Guests have access to lovely walks throughout the estate and farmland. Basic grocery deliveries can be arranged. Full central heating keeps the cottage warm all year round. The owner is able to help you arrange lots of extra's to make your stay special including caterers, fine wines, hot tub hire, life drawing classes, beauty treatments and even a cocktail masterclass.
