Harelands Farm is a four-bedroom luxury holiday home approximately 20 minutes away from Richmond, North Yorkshire. It is dog friendly, and an ideal place to choose for an escape to the country.
Harelands sleeps up to 8 guests as well as one dog, making it ideal for a group looking for high-end holiday accommodation. Stepping inside, you will find a blend of traditional and contemporary interiors that give a true feeling of luxury. Look up to see high oak beams and exposed stonework. There is underfloor heating in parts of the property to make for a truly luxurious stay in this country home.
The kitchen is a welcoming and well-proportioned farmhouse-style kitchen, and is stocked with everything you may require. The kitchen is open plan with spacious dining, making it perfect for gathering everyone together. Gaze out at the panoramic views of the landscaped garden and beyond. Inside, you will find a large smart TV, perfect for a cosy night in. Easily store your food for your stay in the pantry, and make use of the terracotta wine rack & wine fridge!
Adjoining the kitchen is a beautiful study, which leads through to the sitting room. The sofas are richly coloured for a cosy feel, and there is plenty of comfortable seating plus a large smart TV, perfect for movie nights or somewhere for the children. A large French door opens straight onto the patio. On the other side of the kitchen is a second living room with a large log burner. This is the perfect space for an evening curled in front of the fire with a glass of wine.

Upstairs are four uniquely designed bedrooms that look out over the garden. Each room has stylish interiors and super king-size beds that can be set up as doubles or twin beds, so no matter the sleeping arrangements, we have you covered.
The spacious master bedroom homes its own smart TV and large balcony overlooking the private lake. This room also has a large en-suite bathroom, which is designed for ultimate luxury. This is an indulgent bathroom to retire to in the evening with candles and a good book.
The second en-suite bedroom has lovely rich dark green walls and a bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. These two rooms share the house bathroom at the top of the stairs.
The private garden has a large patio terrace, making alfresco evenings spent in the summer sunshine all too easy. Enjoy dining with the use of the gas BBQ. There is a luxury jacuzzi hot tub just waiting for you to soak in whilst watching the stars after a day of exploring. Don't forget to seek out the fantastic hideaway games room with table football, a dartboard, a sound system, a drinks fridge, and a fantastic bar to keep the whole group entertained.
Beyond the garden, find a fishing lake with its own jetty. Relax and watch the plentiful surrounding wildlife, and you can fish for Carp and Tench (float or fly fishing).
This property is a family-friendly home, and with an enclosed garden, it is even perfect for a dog-friendly escape. There are many varied walks to explore from your doorstep. For those searching for exclusive equine breaks, this can be horse-friendly accommodation by separate arrangement. With stabling, a large paddock, a tack room, and a lunging pen, it is a perfect location for exploring the many horse trekking trails in the area.

There is Wi-Fi throughout the holiday home as well as plenty of parking. The kitchen is kitted out with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, and wine cooler and is well-equipped for that home-from-home experience. There is a starter pack for the kitchen, fire, and washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate utility room. And of course, enjoy a locally sourced welcome hamper.
Additionally to the 8 guests which Harelands accommodates, it welcomes up to two infants, and as a result, is unable to accept day guests. The property is dog friendly, allowing one dog at an additional charge. A cot and a highchair are available on request. High-quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and a small selection of toiletries are included.
