Brompton Lakes is an exclusive development that offers luxurious lodge-style holiday homes that are located just two miles from the historic market town of Richmond.

Set amidst twenty six acres of privately owned land, the lodges are superbly positioned on the shores of two beautiful lakes, surrounded by open countryside and woodland.

Brompton Lakes is perfectly placed for cycling, walking and other outdoor activities, including free mountain bike hire, a tennis court, private fishing and a boules pitch.

Contemporary and distinctive, with large glass frontages and convex living plant roofs, the lodges offer an exceptionally high standard of spacious living accommodation. Each lodge sleeps up to six in three bedrooms and has a good-sized kitchens, generous open plan dining and living area and large private decking platforms for relaxation.

An exclusive development of twenty luxury lodge-style holiday homes, Brompton Lakes is situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the site is conveniently positioned next to the Coast to Coast footpath and flanked to one side by the picturesque River Swale. Each lodge is positioned in its own generous space to ensure guests can enjoy the peace and tranquility. The majority have large private decking areas overhanging the lakes, providing the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the views, watch the wildlife or enjoy a spot of fishing.

No two lodges at Brompton Lakes are the same with interiors being exclusively and beautifully designed by a renowned interior designer. The result is that the colour schemes and furniture are unique giving each lodge its own character and flavour.

However, one thing that is common to each lodge is the careful attention to detail and high specification. No expense has been spared and all are designed with ultimate ease of living and comfort in mind.

The owners have also tried to be kind to the environment, constructing the lodges in a way that incorporates the latest green building technologies. Wherever possible, the lodges use energy saving techniques along with the latest geo thermal heating systems to extract solar power from the site’s key natural resource, the lakes, which provides both under floor heating and hot water. You will also find a high level of service offered by the friendly staff and on-site warden.
