It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, but only a mile, 20 minutes walk, to Braunton centre and 2 miles to Saunton Golf Club & Saunton Sands Hotel, Saunton Beach and 3.5 miles to Croyde Beach. There are some wonderful walks and cycle rides from the door. You can also cycle along the back lanes and fields to The Tarka Trail, Saunton Golf Club, Sandy Lane Car Park, and Crow point. We have two cloakrooms downstairs so you don't have to keep nipping up stairs for the bathroom. The first floor is home to six bedrooms and three bathrooms. All rooms are spacious with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. There are a further four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the top floor.
