The character holiday home is a few miles from the coast in Wick and close to Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons. It's popular with couples and families, including those with dogs, and available for short holidays or long stays all year round.

A home away from home is how this flat can best be described. With everything you need to get creative, the flat offers a spacious kitchen with all the utensils to make cooking easy. The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven and under-counter fridge / freezer. The open plan kitchen / dining / living area offers a spacious area to relax, unwind and chat with family and friends. With a dining table and chairs to the right and a sofa and armchairs to the left, everything you need is right there. The floor to ceiling French doors not only offer plenty of natural light, the views sat from the sofa are not to be missed. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables and wardrobe and drawer space for all your clothes. The twin room has 2 single beds as well as a third single pull out mattress. We cannot guarantee that our flat is pet hair free.
This first floor apartment is located in a quiet conservation area of central Peebles and is highly recommended by guests, many of whom return year after year. Outside stone steps lead to the front door which opens into a hallway which gives direct access to the main rooms. The spacious bedroom has a kingsize double bed as well as a luxury folding guest bed and a cot and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. There is a bright south facing sitting room with comfortable sofa and armchair as well as a dining area. A separate kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and a shower room completes the accommodation.

It has 4 ground floor rooms around a central hallway and the accommodation is comfortable and warm. Although small our guests love its 'romantic cottage appeal' with the 3ft thick walls of the original 200 year old building which has been both a blacksmith's smithy and a cottage. A modern kitchen extension was added more recently.

The huge room is open and spacious, with plenty of comfortable armchairs and sofas where you can relax and enjoy the changing light over the water. There is an open fire at one end of the room, with logs available for winter visitors. At the other end the dining table comfortably seats 12 guests. Outside there is a garden running alongside the water, leading to a woodland area, and a BBQ and two picnic tables where you can eat out in the summer. A spiral staircase leads up to a sundeck on the roof with fantastic views out over the river where you can catch some rays while watching the boats go by.
