Bedrooms are arranged across all three floors, and guests can enjoy their own space, making the layout perfect for families or groups sharing the house. The main living area is bright and open, with large windows looking out to sea and doors leading directly onto the balcony. An oak-framed viewing gallery offers a quiet corner to sit back and soak up the changing light and ever-present views.   • Oak-framed viewing gallery shared by Bedrooms 3 and 4, with comfortable seating and far-reaching views over Watermouth Cove and the surrounding hills.

Outside: The grounds at Whimbrels House are designed for both relaxation and entertaining. A private heated swimming pool, available from late May to early October, sits in a sheltered corner of the garden with views over the surrounding countryside and coast. A wraparound safari lodge-style balcony runs along the rear of the house, offering uninterrupted sea views and plenty of space to sit out with a drink or a book. The large patio area features an outdoor dining space, a built-in pizza oven, and a charcoal BBQ, while the thatched Breeze House provides a shaded, tucked-away spot for conversation or reading. The lawned gardens are enclosed and beautifully maintained, giving guests space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors in peace and privacy. There is ample private off-road parking for multiple vehicles within the property grounds.


Additional Information: Bed linen and towels are provided, though guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The property has superfast WiFi throughout. Please note, no pets are permitted and smoking is not allowed. Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday, and short breaks may be available outside of peak season. A refundable damage deposit of £300 is required and payable with the final balance. The heated swimming pool is open from late May until early October. EV charger available (additional charges apply)
