Vipers Quay is the perfect holiday home for families, enjoying a unique location with wide ranging views across the River Dart. The house was build for family sailing holidays on the River Dart - with a large principal living / dining room and adjoining open plan kitchen, it is ideally suited to family holidays and celebrations.

The River Dart - South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
The local village of Dittisham is a short boat ride or walk away. You can even swim there if you are feeling adventurous and the tide is going in!). There are two local pubs: the Ferryboat Inn, overlooking the river, and the Red Lion, in the centre of the village, which also houses the village shop. The renowned Anchorstone Café sits opposite the Ferrbyboat Inn, and offers fantastic local seafood. You can take the ferry from Dittisham to Dartmouth and across the river to Agatha Christie’s house Greenway, now owned by the National Trust. There is also a sailing school and paddle board and sailing boat hire available at Marshall Sailing.
There are some lovely, (if hilly!), walks in the area, as well as a huge variety of local attractions in Dartmouth and the surrounding Devon countryside.
