Once a farm building, The Granary has been converted into an attractive, self-contained, two storey countryside holiday cottage, for up to six guests, with views across the surrounding countryside to the sea beyond.
The comfortable lounge has a beamed ceiling, a large Inglenook fireplace with wood-burner, two cosy sofas and a wall-mounted TV with Freeview… a friendly, relaxing space to get together after a day out.
Guests gather for meals around the big round pine table in the separate dining room which is a couple of steps from the charming country kitchen with its belfast sink, electric range oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave,
Upstairs are the two, characterful bedrooms with exposed beamed and sloping ceilings. Facing south is the double bedroom with a king-sized iron wrought bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom is a spacious triple room with three single beds (and the option of an extra, trundle bed). The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, wash basin and WC.
Through French doors from the lounge is the pretty, enclosed terrace garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ. A gate leads directly out to the picnic and children’s play area.
The Granary is a dog-friendly cottage, where two dogs are welcome, by arrangement.
Guests staying at Cheristow Farm Cottages are welcome to book the shared spa room - with its hot tub and sauna - for private use. Also available for guests is the large picnic and children’s play area with great views of the countryside and the sea beyond. Children are also welcome to help the owners feed the chickens and ducks (pigs too, sometimes) in the mornings.

Sitting room: Comfortable sofas, Inglenook fireplace with wood-burner, flat screen TV with Freeview, and french doors lead out onto the garden and patio.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with king-sized bed
Bedroom 2: Triple room with three single beds (and extra trundle bed)
Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC
Important Information
Short breaks available. Less than 2 miles from the coast, 2 miles drive or a cross-country walk from the nearest pub. Oil central heating, wood-burning stove, fuel starter pack provided. BBQ provided - with a starter pack of fuel. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided (beach towels not supplied), hair dryer. No smoking. Off-road parking. Shared spa room with hot tub and sauna, bookable by the hour (at no extra cost). Max 2 dogs are welcome, by arrangement, there isa £25 fee per dog. Supermarkets deliver.
