The interior is finished to a superb standard and includes a bedroom encompassing the entire top floor. However, it's the lake views, visible from virtually everywhere in the house and from the large timber deck, that will win your heart.
Woody Park is a carefully cultivated haven of lakes, woodland and gardens. Though only a few minutes from the M5, it's incredibly quiet and peaceful - a proper escape from "real life". It's five minutes from the friendly rural town of Cullompton and ideally located for a relaxed countryside holiday. Stock up on groceries, and you could easily stay hidden from the world for your entire holiday, indulging in lazy mornings and relaxed days lounging in the lakefront sunshine before stargazing in your outdoor hot tub. The holiday cottage is completely private, with nothing to disturb your peace.
Guests who want to explore will find a wealth of beauty and attractions nearby. From Cullompton, where there is the excellent Heyford House Day Spa, local attractions include Yaraks Birds of Prey, Killerton House and Gardens, and Dartmoor Zoo. Woody Park is next to the Blackdown Hills AONB and within easy reach of Exmoor National Park, Exmouth and the South Devon coast. Exeter's shops, restaurants and magnificent cathedral are only half an hour's drive, and the area is liberally sprinkled with excellent independent pubs and restaurants showcasing fantastic seasonal Devon produce.

Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and towels are included. The owner regrets they cannot accommodate pets. All properties at Woody Park are for adults only. Smoking is not permitted.
