Finally our sofa bed on the ground floor is great for feeling snug downstairs. The sofa bed opens out into a full sized double bed.

Option of extra single pullout bed in one of these bedrooms. The other side of the house has 2 further twin/superking bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which has a bath.) All rooms are a good size and include wardrobe and chest of drawers.
